Powers on the contact interface.

This function attempts to power on the contact interface and retrieve information from the inserted smart card.

An br.com.gertec.nexus.domain.ct.model.EmvCTCardInfo object containing information about the card, such as ATR (Answer to Reset).

if there is an error during the power-on process, for example, if no card is present or if communication with the card fails.
